Cupcake al Tiramisù: Un Abbraccio Cremoso di Caffè e Mascarpone

Preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature for baking cupcakes.

In a mixing bowl, combine the 150 g of flour 00, 50 g of almond flour, 70 g of butter, 160 g of granulated sugar, 5 g of baking powder, 1 g of baking soda, 3 eggs, ½ teaspoon of ground coffee, and 10 ml of vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.

Pour the batter into cupcake liners in a muffin tin.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

While the cupcakes are baking, prepare the mascarpone cream by mixing 250 g of mascarpone, 70 g of powdered sugar, and 80 ml of fresh cream until smooth and fluffy.

Once the cupcakes have cooled, top them with the mascarpone cream.
