Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius with a fan.
Cover the dough balls and let them ferment for 1 to 1.5 hours until puffed up.
Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
Toss the warm buns in the honey and poppy seed mixture.
