Conch Fritter

1 onion, chopped
0.5 red sweet pepper, chopped
1 hot pepper, chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups flour
2.5 cups water
1 cup white vinegar
vegetable seasoning (to taste)
culantro (to taste)

Start by gathering all dry ingredients.

Add 0.5 pound of conch to a bowl.

Add 2 teaspoons of garlic powder to the bowl.

Add 1 Maggie seasoning cube to the bowl.

Chop and add 1 onion to the bowl.
