Sultan Lokumu Rolls

Grease a rectangle or square tray with oil or butter.

Set a layer of desiccated coconut.

In a separate bowl, take 1/4 cup milk and add 2 tbsp corn flour, mix well and set aside.

In a saucepan, combine 2 cups milk and 1/4 cup sugar; bring it to a boil on high flame.

After boiling, reduce the flame to low and add the corn flour mixture.

Continuously whisk and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes until thick.

Add few drops of vanilla essence and mix until the texture looks thick and smooth.

Pour the liquid pudding on the coconut layer in the tray.

Make a thin layer with the vanilla pudding and set aside or refrigerate.

In a bowl, beat 1/2 cup whipping cream for 2-3 minutes until stiff peaks form; add 1 tbsp powdered sugar to taste.

Add some drops of pink food color (optional) and mix well.

Set a smooth and equal layer of whipped cream on top of the vanilla pudding with a scraper.

Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.

Cut into parts as desired.

Simply separate it from the tray with a scraper and make rolls to serve.
