Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
Once set, dust a clean surface with powdered sugar.
Invert the set mixture onto the sugared surface and cut into strips.
Sprinkle with pistachios or coconut flakes, if desired.
Roll each strip tightly and dust with more powdered sugar.
