3/4 cup warm water

4/5 piece cardamom
1 tsp lemon juice

Combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, yeast, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.

Add warm water gradually while mixing until a smooth batter forms.

Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the batter rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

Once the batter has doubled in size, stir in cardamom and saffron.
