1 whole chicken cut into pieces
3 medium onion minced
3 tomato minced
4 cloves of garlic paste
1 inch ginger paste
2 pcs of dried lemon
3 pcs bay leaves
4 to 5 pcs of cardamom seeds
4 pcs cloves
1 pcs star anis
1 inch of cinnamon sticks
1 tbsp Arabic baharat
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Curry leaves
Bell peppers green and chili optional
Tomato paste
Water as needed
Salt and black pepper to taste
Carrots chopped
Potato chopped
Coriander leaves optional

Wash the chicken pieces with salt and turmeric.

Minced the onions and tomatoes.

Prepare garlic and ginger paste.
