1

Welcome to Simran Gallery. Today, we're making the viral Dubai Iffa Chicken.

2

Take 250 grams of yogurt and add 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of roasted red chili powder, 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of garam masala powder, salt to taste, and 2 tablespoons of Kashmiri red chili powder.

3

Add the juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste. Mix everything well.

4

Add chicken to the mixture. You can cut it into smaller pieces, but I used whole leg pieces with deep cuts.

5

Marinate the chicken well with the mixture and let it sit for at least 1 hour. I marinated it for 4 to 5 hours.

6

In a pan, add a little oil and Amul butter to enhance the taste. Add the marinated chicken pieces. I have 3 leg pieces, so I couldn't fit them all in one pan. I cooked two in one pan and one in another.

7

Cook the chicken on high flame for 2 minutes on one side, then flip it over. Lower the flame and continue cooking until the chicken is fully cooked and the water is absorbed.

8

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the paste. Take 3 boiled eggs and use only the whites. Add 2 cheese cubes, a little sugar, salt to taste, Amul cheese cream, a little milk, and 6-7 garlic cloves. Blend everything into a paste.

9

Once the chicken is cooked, 2-3 minutes before turning off the flame, spread the prepared paste over the chicken. Garnish with coriander leaves.

10

After adding the paste, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes before turning off the flame.
