Gather all ingredients: 1 pound ground beef, 1 pound ground pork, 1 can pineapple chunks (drained), 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 tablespoons coconut aminos, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 1 teaspoon sea salt, and 4 stalks of celery.

Chop the celery into small pieces, saving scraps for chicken stock.

Set up your work area with a bowl for immediate use or a plastic bag for freezing.

If making for now, use a bowl; if freezing, use a bag and a bag holder.

Add all ingredients to the bowl or divide them between two bags if freezing.
