1/4 cup cognac
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 cups seafood stock
1 cup heavy cream
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning
1 fresh lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
