1/4 cup brandy
1/2 cup white wine
4 cups water
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 lb potato gnocchi

Take the heads off the shrimp and save the shells.

Heat olive oil in a pot until hot.

Add shrimp shells and let them sweat for about 20 seconds.
