RICOTTA AL FORNO CON POMODORINI (anche in friggitrice ad aria)- BAKED RICOTTA CHEESE (+ air fryer)

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, and grated parmesan cheese until smooth.

Add shredded mozzarella cheese to the mixture and stir until well combined.

Finely chop garlic, fresh basil, and fresh parsley, then add to the cheese mixture.

Pour in lemon juice and season with black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.

Mix all ingredients until evenly distributed.

Transfer the cheese mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

Drizzle olive oil over the top of the dip.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Serve warm with sliced bread and vegetable sticks for dipping.
