Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.

Sear the pork for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
In a bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, parsley, mustard, and lemon juice.
Spread the herb mixture evenly over the seared pork.
In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, grated parmesan, onion powder, and paprika.
Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the herb-coated pork to form a crust.
Place the pork on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and tent loosely with foil.
Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
