Clean the bele leaves thoroughly and slice them into small pieces, including the soft stems.
Chop onions and set them aside.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
Cut the eggplant into pieces.
Prepare the Bora beans by trimming them as needed.
Heat oil in a pan until hot.
Add chopped onions to the hot oil and let them brown.
Once the onions are browned, add minced garlic and chopped green chilies, and mix well.
Add the chopped bele leaves to the pan and mix thoroughly.
Add salt to taste and continue to mix everything in the pan.
Add chopped tomatoes and let them cook down until they melt into the mixture.
Add a little water to the pan and mix well, then let it cook until done.
In a separate pan, heat oil and add chopped onions to brown them.
Add minced garlic and chopped chilies to the browned onions and mix well.
Add the prepared bele mixture to this pan and mix thoroughly.
Add salt to taste and let it cook until done.
Prepare the yogurt by chopping chilies and mixing them with Greek yogurt and chopped coriander.
Dry fry cumin seeds in a pan until crispy, then crush them.
Mix the crushed cumin seeds into the yogurt mixture and add salt to taste.
Prepare the dough for frying by rolling it out and cutting it into shapes.
Fry the prepared dough in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve the cooked dishes together and enjoy.
