3 cloves garlic
4 cups long-grain rice
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 lb beef
1 shallot
2 tablespoons curry powder
2 seasoned cubes
4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 bay leaves

Blend tomatoes, habanero pepper, ginger, and garlic after squeezing out the water from the tomatoes.

Chop the beef into any desired size.

Season the beef with shallot, onion, curry spice, seasoned cube, water, and salt, then stir to combine.

Set the beef mixture on heat and let it cook for 40 to 50 minutes until tender.
