Clean the goat meat with lemon juice, vinegar, and cold water.

Add goat meat to a pan with a little salt and 1 bay leaf.

Cover the meat with enough water and boil on low heat for about 1 to 1.5 hours until tender.

In a food processor, blend onions, garlic, spring onions, bell peppers, parsley, and coriander to make a fresh green seasoning.

Set the blended seasoning aside.

Check the meat after about an hour; if tender, transfer it to a bigger pot.

Add more hot water from the kettle to the bigger pot with the meat.
