Negroni Sbagliato

The Negroni Sbagliato is a variation of the classic Negroni cocktail, created by accident when a bartender mistakenly used prosecco instead of gin.
Start by pouring 50 ml of sweet vermouth into a glass.
Add 50 ml of bitters to the glass.
Slice an orange and add a slice to the mixture for citrus flavor.
Fill the glass with ice to ensure the drink is cold and not watery.
Open a bottle of Prosecco and pour 50-60 ml into the glass, allowing it to float on top.
Use a spoon to gently mix the drink to combine the ingredients.
