Next, add 30 ml of sweet vermouth to the glass.

Fill the glass with ice.

Pour in 30 ml of Prosecco gently to avoid excessive foam.

Stir the mixture gently to combine without shaking.

To garnish, cut a small piece of orange peel, trimming off the excess white part.

Wipe the orange peel on the rim of the glass to release the oils.

Place the orange peel in the drink as a garnish.
