The Negroni Sbagliato - All The Things I Hate | New Years Eve Cocktail

Welcome to Common Man Cocktails, I'm your host Dereck Schmer.

Today, I'm making a Negroni Sbagliato for New Year's Eve.

Combine 1 oz of Prosecco, 1 oz of Campari, and 1 oz of sweet vermouth in a mixing glass.

Stir the mixture gently to chill it, being careful not to stir out the carbonation of the Prosecco.

Prepare a glass with fresh ice to avoid dilution from previously melted ice.

Strain the mixture into the glass over the fresh ice.

Garnish with a grapefruit peel instead of a lemon twist, as I don't have a lemon.

Rub the grapefruit peel around the edges of the glass to add aroma.
