Negroni Sbagliato
Cultural Context
The Negroni Sbagliato is a variation of the classic Negroni cocktail, created by accident when a bartender mistakenly used prosecco instead of gin.
Start by placing an orange slice at the bottom of a 13 oz Libby wine glass.
Break up a large ice cube and add it to the glass.
Add 5 dashes of orange bitters to the glass.
Pour in 1 oz of Campari.
Pour in 1 oz of Nolly Prat Sweet Vermouth.
Add 0.5 oz of Ford's Gin.
Gently stir the mixture in the glass.
Top off the drink with 2.5 oz of Prosecco.
Add another orange slice on top as garnish.
