Mince the beef and prepare the other ingredients: garlic, onion, and potatoes.

Boil a fifth of the potatoes until tender for mashing.

Grate the remaining potatoes finely and squeeze out excess water using a muslin bag or clean sock.

Mix grated potatoes with mashed potatoes, add salt and a teaspoon of cornflour, and scrape off starch from the water.

Knead the mixture to form a dough, adding an egg as a binding agent and flour to achieve good consistency.

Flatten the dough into patties, place a spoonful of meat mixture in the center, and shape it around the filling into a Zeppelin shape.

Gently simmer the dumplings in water until cooked through.

In a pan, add spray fat and sauté onions until lightly browned, then add garlic, coriander, and nutmeg.

Prepare a sauce by adding bacon to the sautéed mixture, then stir in sour cream and milk until bubbling.
