1.5 pounds (700 grams) of ground pork
2 large onions
1 packet of bacon or 0.5 pound (300 grams) of pork belly
dill
sour cream
milk
2-3 tbsp potato starch
garlic powder
dried sweet chili flakes
fresh parsley

Peel and grate the potatoes into a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix ground pork, finely chopped onions, garlic powder, dried sweet chili flakes, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper to create the filling.

Combine the grated potatoes with potato starch (or flour) to form a dough.

Take a portion of the potato dough and flatten it in your hand.

Place a spoonful of the meat filling in the center of the dough.

Carefully fold the dough over the filling and shape it into an oval dumpling.

Repeat the process until all dough and filling are used.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Gently drop the dumplings into the boiling water and cook until they float, about 15-20 minutes.

In a skillet, cook the bacon or pork belly until crispy.

Remove the dumplings from the water and serve topped with the bacon or pork belly and any remaining cooking fat.
