300 milliliters milk

100 grams shredded coconut

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
1 cup sugar (200 milliliters)

Separate the egg whites from the yolks of 5 eggs.

Beat the egg whites while gradually adding 300 grams of granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.

Add the yolks to the beaten egg whites and beat together.

Pour in 250 milliliters of oil and 300 milliliters of milk, then add 20 grams of vanilla sugar or vanilla extract and beat again.

Sift together 130 grams of flour and 10 grams of baking powder, then mix into the wet ingredients with a spatula.

Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the coconut to absorb some liquid.

Divide the mixture into two equal parts; add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour to one part and mix.
