Просеиваем муку с разрыхлителем и солью.
Взбиваем яйца с сахаром до пышной однородной массы.
Добавляем растительное масло и молоко к муке, перемешиваем.
Отделяем чуть меньше половины теста.
К отделенной части добавляем какао и перемешиваем.
Смазываем форму для выпечки сливочным маслом.
Вливаем одну треть светлого теста в форму.
Сверху вливаем часть темного теста.
Покрываем светлым тестом, затем снова темным, чередуя до завершения.
Проводим зубочисткой по тесту для эффекта мрамора.
Выпекаем в предварительно разогретой духовке при 180-200 градусах на 40-45 минут.
Охлаждаем кекс на решетке и посыпаем сахарной пудрой.
Нарезаем кекс на кусочки и наслаждаемся.
