3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Measure 1.25 cups of all-purpose flour and set aside.

Measure 3/4 cup of vegetable oil and add to the mixing bowl.

Add 1/4 cup of milk to the mixing bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence to the mixing bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder to the mixing bowl.

Add 3/4 cup of sugar to the mixing bowl and beat until fluffy.

Add 4 eggs to the mixture and beat at high speed until fluffy.

Add the oil and milk mixture to the egg mixture and beat for 1-2 minutes at low speed.

Gradually add the flour to the mixture, sifting it in half at a time.

Mix until well combined, scraping the sides of the bowl with a spatula.

Divide the batter into two equal portions in separate bowls.

Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to one portion and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
