fish (Red Snapper and King Fish)
1 lime juice
1 tsp salt
2 cups of vegetable oil
4 medium yellow onions
3 soft Roma tomatoes
3 large garlic cloves
3 dried bay leaves
1 chicken Jumbo cube
2 small Maggie cubes
1 tsp Salt
1 TBSP Black pepper
10 cups of broken Jasmine rice
2 Habanero pepper
1/4 cabbage
1 eggplant
3 cuts of honeynut squash
3 large whole carrots

Season the fish overnight with lime juice and salt.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan for frying.

Sauté chopped onions until 95% brown, then add chopped garlic.

Add chopped tomatoes and continue to sauté.

Add bay leaves, beef Jumbo cube, chicken Jumbo cube, Maggie cubes, salt, and black pepper.

Remove any salt fish if used before adding rice.

Add the rice and stir well to combine with the sautéed mixture.

Add the vegetables as desired and mix well.
