1/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar

Wash the salmon fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a saucepan, add 1/3 cup water and the 10 ounce jar of plum sauce.

Add 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 1/2 tablespoons dark brown sugar, 2 tablespoons ketchup, and 1 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar to the saucepan.

Whisk all the ingredients together until the brown sugar is incorporated and bring to a simmer around the edges.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
