Break up the walnuts in a blender a couple of times until chunky.
Add crushed garlic cloves, lemon zest, lemon juice, fresh dill, and a pinch of salt to the blender with the walnuts.
Blend the mixture until it is chunky and sticks together.
Grab the salmon fillets, which are 5 oz each.
Paint the salmon fillets with Dijon mustard to flavor and help the crust adhere.
Prepare the broccolini by adding crushed garlic cloves, sliced red Fresno chili, a little salt, black pepper, and olive oil to a pan.
Add the broccolini mixture to the same pan as the salmon.
Slice lemons and add them to the pan to preserve the green color of the vegetables.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 12-14 minutes.
