330 grams medium protein flour
300 grams Blue Band cake and cookie margarine
35 grams milk chocolate powder
120 grams refined sugar
100 grams chocolate chips
50 grams cornstarch
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon palm sugar
50 grams chocolate chips for topping

Mix medium protein flour with cornstarch and milk chocolate powder using a spoon, then set aside.

In a mixer, combine Blue Band cake and cookie margarine with palm sugar and refined sugar. Mix on low speed for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes, add 2 egg yolks to the mixer and blend until well combined, scraping the edges with a spatula.

Turn off the mixer and add the flour mixture while sieving. Stir until well blended.

Pour in the remaining flour mixture and stir again, using a wooden spoon or plastic spatula until mixed well.

Add chocolate chips to the dough and mix well again.

Take about 1 teaspoon of dough, roll it into a ball, and flatten it. Place on a baking sheet greased with a thin layer of margarine.

Repeat the process until all dough is used, then place chocolate chips on top of each cookie and press down slightly.

Preheat the oven to 140 degrees Celsius and bake for 35 minutes or until done, checking for doneness as needed.
