60ml (¼ cup) Milk

Whisk together 4 eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Add 200g (1 cup) of sugar and whisk well.

In a separate bowl, combine 200g (¾ cup, 2 tablespoons) of melted butter and whisk again.

Add 200g (1 ⅓ cups) of plain flour, 50g (½ cup) of almond flour, and 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder. Whisk until all ingredients are combined.

Pour in 60ml (¼ cup) of milk and whisk well again.

Prepare a 20x20cm baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Pour the batter into the lined baking tray and tap it a few times to remove air bubbles.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 35-40 minutes.

Let the cake cool down before serving.
