¼ cup channa dal
¼ cup mung dal
¼ cup masoor dal
1 ½ tbsp ginger paste
1 ½ tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp haldi powder (turmeric powder)
Salt to taste
4 medium onions finely chopped
6 tomatoes finely chopped
7-8 green chili paste
¼ kg yellow pumpkin
¼ cup mint leaves
½ cup methi leaves
3-4 bay leaves
3 tbsp oil
1 cup fresh coriander chopped
2” cinnamon
1 tsp dry coriander seeds
2 tsp jeera (cumin)
10 cloves
10 peppercorns
¼ tsp rai (mustard seeds)

Wash the mint, pumpkin, and methi; chop the pumpkin into small pieces.
