Beef Ribeye with Blackberry Demi Glace

1 cup blackberry demi-glace base
1/2 cup water
1 cup seedless blackberry jam
1/2 cup red wine
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
2 cloves garlic
2 cups potatoes (cubed)
1 cup carrots (sliced)

Add demi-glace base to a saucepan.

Pour in lots of wine.
