Boil kachalu until tender, then peel and chop into small pieces.

Chop coriander leaves and add to the bowl.

Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder, and salt over the mixture.

Drizzle lemon juice and mix everything gently to combine.

Serve the mixture on a plate, topped with yogurt.

Garnish with sev and pomegranate seeds.

Drizzle mint chutney and tamarind chutney over the top.

Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
