Prepare the mango topping by peeling and finely chopping the raw mango, red onion, and green bell pepper.
Add chaat masala, black pepper powder, and juice from 1/2 lime to the mango mixture and let it sit for 30 minutes.
After the dough has risen, knead it on a floured surface and divide it into two balls for two pizzas.
Drizzle olive oil in the pizza pan and roll out the dough with your hands, using cornmeal if available to prevent sticking.
Spread pizza sauce over the rolled dough using your fingers.
Add a generous amount of cheese on top of the sauce.
Spread the mango topping evenly over the cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F for about 10 minutes, checking for a golden brown bottom.
Remove from the oven and enjoy the mango chaat pizza.
