1 cup diced onion
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrots
10 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil

1 (14.5-ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes
10 ounces baby spinach
3-4 cups cooked small pasta
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, basil, oregano, pepper, and salt together and form into 1-inch meatballs.

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
