Start by boiling the gravy beef in a large pot.
Add half a tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of conserva to the pot.
Chop and add potato, onion, zucchini, celery, and carrots to the pot all at once and stir.
Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat slightly, allowing it to simmer for about an hour.
In a separate bowl, combine 250 grams of minced beef, 1 egg, parsley, parmesan cheese, and a crumbled chicken oxo cube to make the meatball mixture.
Form the mixture into meatballs, making them as big or small as desired.
Once the broth is ready, remove the gravy beef, chop it up, and add it back to the pot.
Plop the meatballs into the simmering broth.
Serve hot, optionally with pasta added separately.
