Plain yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

Cut avocados in half and remove the pit.

Scoop out a small amount of flesh from each half to create space for filling.

In a mixing bowl, flake the cooked salmon with a fork.

Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, diced red onion, diced celery, dill, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the salmon.

Mix until well combined and creamy.

Fold in capers and chopped cherry tomatoes gently.

Spoon the salmon mixture into the hollowed avocado halves.

Garnish with additional dill if desired.

Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
