Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the breadfruit in half and remove the core.
Scoop out the flesh and cut it into wedges.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and chili powder.
Toss the breadfruit wedges in the spice mixture until well coated.
Place the seasoned breadfruit on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until golden and tender, flipping halfway through.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice.
Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro, onion, and green chili.
Serve warm with coconut on the side.
