1 cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 whole cloves
4 medium potatoes
1/4 cup parsley
