1

In a mixer grinder, combine 3/4 cup green chana, 3/4 cup fresh peas, and 2-3 big cloves of garlic. Close the lid and blend nicely to a coarse paste.

2

Transfer the chana & peas paste into a mixing bowl.

3

Add 1 medium-sized boiled potato (mashed), 1/4 cup coriander leaves, 1/4 cup instant oats, a pinch of turmeric, 1 tsp amchur powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, and salt as per taste.

4

Mix all ingredients well with your hands to form a dough. No need to add water.

5

Apply a little oil between your palms.

6

Take a lemon-sized portion of the cutlet dough and roll it into a ball.

7

Gently press the ball between your palms to form a round patty, approximately 1 & 1/2 inches in diameter.

8

Repeat the process to make all patties.

9

Heat a griddle (tava) and grease it with oil using a brush.

10

Place the prepared patties on the griddle over a low gas flame.

11

After a few minutes, flip the patties to cook the other side. Cook both sides until they turn crisp and golden brown.

12

Apply a little more oil if needed and flip the cutlets 2-3 more times to ensure they are nicely cooked and golden on both sides.

13

Once nicely cooked, remove the Green Chana & Peas Cutlets from the griddle.

14

Serve hot and enjoy!
