Ingredients

  • 500g Goan pork sausages
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2-3 green chilies, slit
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  3. 3Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, mixing well.
  5. 5Slice the Goan pork sausages into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pan.
  6. 6Cook the sausages until they are browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  7. 7Sprinkle garam masala over the sausages and mix well to combine.
  8. 8Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  9. 9Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  10. 10Serve hot with rice or bread.
