Cut off the ends of 400 grams of brussel sprouts and split them in half.

Heat a pan and add olive oil.

Place the brussel sprouts in the pan with the sliced side facing down to toast.

Drizzle more olive oil on top of the remaining brussel sprouts in the pan.

Let the brussel sprouts sit in the pan for roughly 5 to 7 minutes until they have a nice golden crust.

Cut a pomegranate in half and use a sieve to extract the juice from half of it, separating the seeds from the juice.

After 5 to 7 minutes, add around 2 big spoons of water to the pan with the brussel sprouts and let them steam for another 10 minutes.

Grab 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese and place it on the brussel sprouts, then add pomegranate seeds and drizzle with pomegranate juice and olive oil.

Garnish with salt and pepper if desired before serving.
