3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup steaming hot mustard oil

Chop 250g chicken fillet to make fine chicken mince.

In a bowl, add the minced chicken, 1 fine chopped green onion, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp chicken powder, 1 tsp flour, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp chili sauce, and 1/2 tsp white vinegar. Mix well.

Sift 1 cup flour into a bowl, add 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil, and mix well.

Gradually add water to the flour mixture and knead a semi-soft dough, ensuring it is not too soft.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

After resting, sprinkle some flour on the surface, divide the dough into two parts, and make dough balls.

Roll the dough thinly and cut rounds using a cutter or a glass.

Collect the edges of the dough to reuse and seal the dumplings tightly to prevent flavors from escaping.

Grease a large griddle with oil and set the dumplings on it.

Add 1/4 cup water to the griddle and cover to steam cook the dumplings on low heat for 20 minutes, adding more water if necessary during cooking.

To make instant chili oil, in a bowl, add 2 tbsp fine chopped green onion, 2 tsp sesame seeds, 2 tsp crushed red chili, 1 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp chicken powder, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, and carefully add 1/2 cup steaming hot mustard oil.
