Instructions
- 1Mix all-purpose flour and water in a bowl until a dough forms.
- 2Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- 3Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 4Combine ground pork, chopped cabbage, green onions, minced ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 5Roll out the rested dough into a thin sheet and cut into circles.
- 6Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dough circle.
- 7Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape and pinch to seal.
- 8Prepare a steamer basket lined with parchment paper or cabbage leaves.
- 9Steam the dumplings over boiling water for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- 10For pan-fried dumplings, heat oil in a skillet, add dumplings, and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- 11Serve with a dipping sauce of soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil.

- 3Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a thin circle, about 3 inches in diameter.
- 4Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dough circle.
- 5Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
- 6Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the dumplings in the pan and fry for about 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.
- 7Add a splash of water to the pan and cover immediately to steam the dumplings for about 5 minutes.
- 8Remove the lid and cook for an additional 2 minutes to crisp the bottoms again.
- 9Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.

- 4Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle on a floured surface.
- 5Place a spoonful of the vegetable filling in the center of each circle.
- 6Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
- 7Bring a pot of water to a boil and place a steamer basket over it. Arrange the dumplings in the steamer, making sure they are not touching each other.
- 8Cover and steam the dumplings for about 15-20 minutes until they are cooked through.
- 9Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
