In a bowl, add 2 cups of Bisquick.
Crack in 2 eggs and add 1 cup of milk and 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.
Stir until all ingredients are combined.
Heat a cast iron skillet and grease it with butter.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
For ultimate pancakes, add 1.5 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, and 0.5 tsp vanilla extract to the remaining batter and mix.
Cook the ultimate pancakes in the skillet as well.
