Add 1 egg and 1/3 cup of sugar to a bowl and whisk it well.
Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 2 Tbsp of sunflower oil to the mixture.
Add milk to the mixture.
Sift in the flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, and a pinch of salt, then mix well.
Bring a non-stick frying pan to low heat.
Scoop out the batter and pour it into the pan.
Cook until bubbles start to form on top, then flip and cook the other side for a few minutes.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Decorate with fruits or add chocolate and serve with maple syrup and raspberries.
