Start by heating a kadai.
Add a little oil and some butter to the kadai.
Add chopped garlic and ginger to the oil and butter.
Sauté until the garlic changes color and the ginger is lightly cooked.
Add all the vegetables: broccoli, cabbage, carrot, sweet corn, beans, green bell pepper, and peas.
Sauté the vegetables for about 5 minutes until they are well mixed and cooked.
Add rice water to the sautéed vegetables and mix well.
After mixing, add some water to bring it to a boil.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Once it reaches a good boil, reduce the flame.
Slowly add ragi flour to the boiling mixture and mix well.
Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes until it thickens and boils well.
Add onion greens and mix them in.
After 5 minutes of cooking, add lemon juice.
Turn off the flame and serve the soup.
