4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon gelatin
1/2 cup boiled water
2 cups double cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Place rich tea cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine.

Add butter to the cookie crumbs and pulse until it looks like wet sand.
