Instructions
- 1Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- 2Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 3Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4Stir in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- 5Add the cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
