8 oz Canton Noodles
1 lb Shrimps
1 lb Chicken Breast
1 lb Pork
8 oz Pork Liver
2 cups Carrots
1 cup String beans
2 cups Cabbage
1 cup Chicharo
1 medium Onion
1 bunch Onion Leeks
4 cloves Garlic
1 teaspoon Pepper
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
